Offensive Skill Drills
Each week players will work on developing a mechanical swing that focuses on contact, bat speed and power. Stations will be set up to center in on indivdiual batters and the development of the players swing. Video Analysis will also be done on players to track tendancies to imrove on. These weeks will also focus on core conditioning drills that will consist of drills focused on improving bat speed, power and individual endurance.

Remember to sign up for one of the dates listed below in order to hold your place for the video analysis held at our sponsor, the Physical Therapy Institute. The kids will have a chance to have their swings and throws videotaped and analyzed by a professional staff, under the direction of Glenn Holland Director of Sports Medicine. This is a fantastic opportunity and it is one of the things that we here at Extra Innings Baseball Academy are given back to the community at no cost.
